I still eating my ramen but i have to stop one second to come here and say that IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I ordered Quartz Ramen with extra fried chicken and WOW i love ittttt! 6/5

Not sure if this is a newer restaurant, but it ran like one. The food was great. The ramen broth was delicious and they offer none meat based broth, and that is great of my vegetarian pals out there. The portions are nice and I had enough to take for dinner. There were a couple of different people throughout my dinner that checked on me and they all knew the menu well. When it was time to go, I asked for a to do cup and they did not have any. The server said she would bring me a bowl with a lid, which was okay I guess, but a different server came with my check so I just left it be. I would come back for sure, I just hope they work the kinks out.

i stumbled upon RAKKAN while picking up a to-go order from Rodeo Goat. ironically enough, i was craving ramen so i mentally bookmarked this spot to check out later in the week. i came here for lunch with a friend and i must say... this place has no business being that good!!! i was genuinely shook. we had the Spicy Ruby, og Ruby, and Spicy Beef Gyoza. everything was SO GOOD!!! the beef gyoza was so yummy we had to order another round. also had so shrimp sushi. literally everything was delicious to the point where i wanted to stay at that restaurant and just eat all day now i wouldn’t call myself a ramen expert, but i am an expert on me and that was easily the best bowl of ramen i’ve had in my life! can’t wait to try the whole menu!

Excellent food & great ambience. Went in for dinner with family, we absolutely loved the food and service. Food quality is really good and ramen portion size is huge. Tried the Spicy Wonton Shrimp from limited menu and it was perfectly crispy and spiced. Ordered Spicy Quartz Chicken ramen bowl and a kids ramen bowl quartz. I was surprised that kids ramen bowl was same as regular ramen bowl. And the kids ramen came with chicken karaage and fries. Also tried the Chicken Karaage bowl. Chicken was juicy and mildly spiced with rice. At the end , we ordered mochi icecream and it was good. Definitely recommended. Would try again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rakkan Ramen, and I must say, it was so good! The broth was flavorful, and simmered to perfection, striking the perfect balance between umami and depth. I tried the spicy garnet ramen, and the creamy. The noodles had the perfect chew, and the toppings. Beyond the ramen, the side dishes were just as impressive. The gyoza were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The takoyaki had a delightful crispiness with a soft, savory center. Service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about their menu. The overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. If you’re a ramen lover or just someone looking to experience authentic Japanese flavors, Rakkan Ramen is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

The food is excellent! I came here twice,and it was amazing. The broccoli on top of the quartz ramen is so creamy and oily. And on top of that the karage ( crispy chicken ) is nice and crunchy, and comes with sauce that is a mystery to my tongue, but it does add flavor! The ramen was amazing and had me coming back, the noodles were just right and the soup was excellent. I ordered but the server did forget one of my orders and didn’t really tell me what they were giving me or what it came with. The atmosphere was great! There was nothing off about it and just seemed like an ordinary ramen shop. I definitely will be coming back, again for more bowls of ramen. And I would love to try some of their sushi!

Food: Good place for some ramen, and the restaurant is located in a nice area. Service: 5 we had the most wonderful interaction with Yoshie, who had great recommendations and genuine care! She was very attentive, most welcoming, and overall just a wonderful person to come across. Atmosphere: nicely decorated with comfortable seating. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the lake.
